Estrella Damm Inedit, the beer created by Ferran Adrià
Estrella Damm INEDIT, a beer specifically created to accompany food. INEDIT was crafted by world-renowned chef Ferran Adrià and his team of sommeliers.
"INEDIT was developed from the belief that there was a need for a beer that could complement a dining experience," said Ferran Adrià. "INEDIT is the fruit of more than a year and a half and 400 trial iterations between the master brewers of Estrella Damm and the team of sommeliers"
Developed for gastronomy, INEDIT is an alternative for pairing with all dishes - from informal to more exquisite, sophisticated types of food. INEDIT is a unique coupage of barley malt and wheat with spices (orange peel, coriander and liquorice) which provides an intense and complex aroma. It aims to complement food once thought to be a challenge in terms of culinary pairings, including salads, vinegar-based sauces, bitter notes such as asparagus and artichokes, fatty and oily fish, and citrus. INEDIT is bottled in a 750 ml bottle and is intended for sharing. It's best presented chilled in an ice-bucket and served half-full in a white wine glass.
Tasting notes: High intensity and aromatic complexity, with a slightly cloudy appearance. Fruity and floral to the nose, with a sensation of fresh yeast and a hint of sweet spices. A smooth, lightly effervescent beer with a fresh, creamy texture and pleasant, lingering aftertaste. Alcohol volume is 4.8%.

Llanllyr Source is a multi award winning premium glass bottled spring water, (now also in a 100% recyclable aluminium can) drawn from an entirely sustainable source beneath organic fields in un-spoilt West Wales, that was used at least as early as the year 1180.
