The Ledbury chef-patron Brett Graham has partnered with Cornwall-based butcher Philip Warren to create a hamper of luxury food

Luxury you say?

Yes indeed. The box has been designed to fill your meat drawer and larder with a host of premium ingredients, and it doesn’t disappoint. Among the things you can expect are a whole duck aged in hay with confit duck legs; The Ledbury’s truffle cream and beer vinegar; Muntjac deer, oatmeal and prune sausages; Giblet gravy and a bottle of The Ledbury’s Portobello Road gin.

This sounds very good

The very best in fact – or at least according to Graham, who has chosen the ingredients from farmers and suppliers he works closely with at Chef at his two Michelin-starred restaurant as well as preparing several of the box’s contents himself. That’s why you’ll also find Aynhoe Park honey; Duchess Farms wholemeal flour and oak smoked rapeseed oil; wasabi rhizome from The Wasabi Company and sourdough, cultured butter and Mangalitza rillettes from Tom Adams’ Coombeshead Farm in the box.

How do I order one?

The provisions box is available to order exclusively via Philip Warren’s recently launched digital platform, On The Pass, which was launched in April by the Warrens to sell its dry-aged meat once destined for the pass at Michelin-starred restaurants across the country to consumers nationwide. They are available for nationwide delivery

How much does it cost?

Boxes are priced at £170, but the price is reflective of the high-quality ingredients contained therein. They also include cooking instructions from Graham and tips on how to use the other ingredients.
