Named after a genus of flowering plants, Cornus launched in 2024 and brings polished, produce-led European cuisine to one of London’s most elegant postcodes.
The kitchen is led by Gary Foulkes, who was a key member of the team at Phil Howard’s seminal Mayfair restaurant The Square and is best known for his stint at seafood restaurant Angler. The food is unapologetically high-end but unfussy - expect generous plates showcasing premium ingredients executed with precision and flair.
